Dr. Faldu is a board-certified periodontist and a Diplomat of the American Board of Periodontology. His specialty is oral hard and soft tissue periodontal reconstruction and periodontal plastic surgery. After receiving his Bachelors in Pharmacy at Rutgers, College of Pharmacy in New Jersey, he earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). Dr. Faldu later went on to complete an intense three-year specialty training in a periodontics program at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ).
Dr. Faldu is no stranger to East Madison Dental. He has worked with Dr. Jain at East Madison Dental for more than 15 years to ensure our patients’ receive the highest quality of care. Dr. Faldu has been named one of New Jersey’s Top Dentists of 2017 by New Jersey Monthly magazine. He is an excellent periodontist who has the complete trust and confidence of our patients.
